If you were a coding expert, you could. I made this in the programming language Scratch. You might be able to do it, but it will take a while for it. Where are you gonna load it on? A tablet, laptop, I just want to know. Sounds cool.
To start I want to start doing it as if it were a custom Android ROM but after that I'm going to start doing it more and more difficult for me I hope there will be no problem if I do it for Android
