This is probably because the NSFW routes will lead to thinking you have selected all routes and not simply once. This is because you can actually sleep with him on Day 1 too and so it will assume you have selected that route previously too.
Thanks for explaining! Im used to playing visual novels but never had that happen to me so i really thought i could choose anything and it would be affected by the other. I guess ill just start from the beginning
