I don't know if this is a bug but for some reason when you make use of condoms in game the amount you have never goes down no matter what. You could make use of two in one day for instance and assuming you go to department store in game and browse around the pharmacy department it still shows the initial amount bought and no indication that you made use of them even when you did.
