If you’re talking about the door to get to the mage then go to Jack Hallway in the abandoned asylum and on the left hand side of the mannequin press W a few times.

There is another question. I'm not sure if you can answer it for me.

I've encountered Real Tall twice. But both times, after being knocked down by her, I'm still in the same place and not teleported to anywhere else. And she will also stand still at a certain location. I'm not sure if this is a bug.

not sure abt this one. I failed the secret with Real Tall Lady already and am just waiting for the update to reset the quest.
