This is a second bug which occured to a friend of mine - "When having only one pokemon in the party, if that Pokemon faints, you get the option to switch or run away. If you click switch pokemon when only having one in the party, and back out of that pokemon selection screen, the battle is bugged and locks you in with no UI. Cant do anything, other than watch the fancy camera angles and the enemy pokemon."
