this is my kaori! I tried to make her when tadashi finds her when she's first infected. also, I remember for a fact that the gas was pale blue. (the scales on her skin are supposed to be the fish legs, idk if that was clear.)

kaori's death made me almost c r y though and I never cry
my public library has it, along with smashed and uzumaki so i constantly visit to read it
plus the version of gyo they have features the tale of the principle post and the enigma of amigara fault in the back, so it's pretty great
thanks for the idea to make her btw! one of the freakiest stories by him, and the scene where tadashi peotects the assistant to his uncle, and then kaori turns herself back on, because she's jealous got me
and then her death scene where she reaches out her hand...😥 bro it almost made me cryyy
