hi im having troubles to make it work, ive put the prefab in the hierarchy and i see it very small between my feets, i see the controls in the radial menu but when i activate it nothing is in my hands. please help

Have you installed VRCFury? That could be the issue or if you do not have the latest VRC SDK. Otherwise is there anything unique about the avatar that could mean VRCFury is not able to find the avatar hands. My DMs are open on discord if you needed more help to troubleshoot what the issue could be.

yes i have sdk and vrcfury all updated , for the avatar i dont know i didnt made it but i know its a avatar from 2022 with dps.... do you have the link for your discord please? Thank you
