cant make luca into a girl, but skipping someones route usually doesnt affect others, only exceptions to this are zahera, who you gotta do serapinas route for, and reina, who you have to do SOME of avas route for, as far as i know, if you dont like it you can just ignore that route or turn on in settings "skip unseen text" and then just right click skip to skip the entire route cept for options
for clarification, the 2nd skip method is so you finish the route while skipping
