I didn't catch that the bottom-most ranks can't do a full pull! I'll fix that in a post-jam update. Thanks for flagging!
I added logic to compensate for each positions—lower ones on the screen get more force added to their pulls than positions higher up on the screen to make sure you can still get the feed in the tube.
