Not exposing 'The Sisters Lesano' means there's a 1% chance of a reccuring event with four possible outcomes that affect Control (negative) and/or Corruption (+). In return, you're given a monthly delivery of Lesano elixirs.

Exposing them will terminate all chances of those events to execute, and give you a small standing boost with the Republic.

Note that Standing will become a much more valuable reward once I implement Faction missions (instead of donations) in future updates.

Wow, it's really great that you want to add even more depth to the game. I can't even imagine how many hours of work this must mean for you.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates every update and detail you add to the game.

Thank you so much for replying — that's exactly what I wanted to know so I could leave my playthrough as it is and see what happens, haha.
