Oh, very true! There are very few instances where it wasn't pretty much instigated by our own seemingly over-the-top reactions to things. Though gotta say, spoiler below for anyone not wanting to see:
The one time for sure it didn't seem to be our character overreacting was so well written. When we go to help Kai after his confrontation in the auditorium. When he gets up, comes over and starts screaming in your face, and you just start apologizing, and then suddenly get punched. That was already one thing. But when the character then curls up, protects themselves, starts repeatedly meekly begging not to be hit again... holy shit that was so sad. Really had me wound up. And I can't believe he had such a surprisingly good reason for it too. In my head I went from "This is a red line that doesn't get crossed. This is unforgivable." to "Weeeeelllll, alright.~"
So really, this has been incredible to read. You are delivering some powerful emotions, and I can't wait to see more!
