How do you get the sushi pudding item? I looked through the monster drops and didnt see it there, thanks in advance for the help

Update: ive got it, you have to give her salmon (you fish by throwing bombs in water) and then find her shop (I think its only during sunny/good weather) in random parts of the overworld, it changes every time so look all over the place if you want her and stock up on bombs to fish with for more salmon, she wants more later and youll get rewarded for it
