Have you Tried 7zip or win/rar extractor? works fine with that bit of software (also mentioned same thing to Zachx88)
does that work with the steam version, and if so can you guide me though the steps
have you tried verifying the integrity of the game? if that doesn't fix it then browse the local files of the steam version and use win/rar zip extractor (Breezip i think its called) and manually extract the files
i tried that and it still says (not responding, upon opening it
if you can, can you make a video showing me, to get it to properly work
