Forgive me for saying this, but the mods are on Internet Archive (link above), but to get it to work, you need to unzip the file, find the file with the thing you want (like the characters file), go inside that file and find the specific mod you want, then keep going inside the files until you find the one with the sprite files and all that, then you copy it and paste it inside the mod loader folder (aka Cheesed Up!/mods), start it, and it should work.
