Its the Lamia girl. Best Ive gotten is the first stomach, but, much like the Harpy, I cant get out of her mouth.
Help > Predator Tips, find the page for Lamia to learn more. If it is too difficult, you can also utilize 'Simple Load' which will get Amelia outside and soft reset some things.
Yeah that one is a struggle but its possible just hard to time when you need to escape
