Just loggin in because I noticed this issue, best thing I could suggest is stick to the more stable v2.0
Albeit that will loose the emote hotkey fix. While that would be nice to have, I'd rather have the mouth flaps working. I've had so many issues with my microphones lately that I thought this was just a problem for me.
