I can't seem to get ending 10. No matter what options i pick, after egreeing to sage's offer i somehow get locked into ending 2, wether im nice to Yasha or not

You may have to load up a slightly earlier save and Block Yasha (ex. When he texts you after you meet up with Sage in your apartment the first time) ! Bad things happen when you Ignore Yasha, but if you Block Him (after you successfully meet up with Sage and bypass Ending 4), you should be able to avoid Ending 2 and romance Sage! (Assuming this save is also a 3rd run on).
The idea was to make it so that if you weren't "wary" enough of Yasha by the end of it (there's a hidden wary stat), you'd fall into Ending 2! (It was originally the hardest ending to get, but since it is a Yandere game I tried to make it a little easier to get to. As a result it might be a little too easy to get now 😔)
I hope that works for you! And sorry -- I know it can be frustrating when it seems like there's only one "right" answer. There are a couple ways to avoid Ending 2 but Blocking might be the fastest!
