Yeah, I was thinking that since many games here also offer Steam keys, I thought, why not? Anyway, I guess I'll just wait for the Steam release.
Looks like I'm the inexperienced one here, where the games I've supported in recent years have given a choice of either itch or steam key. Thanks all for chatting and sharing your thoughts and experiences.
