Hello, I'm currently compiling a pack of Game Boy Advance homebrew games that will eventually be available for download free of charge via the app store within Quark, my modified stock OS for the TrimUI Smart handheld game console.
I was wondering, would I be free to distribute this game as part of the pack? Asking as I don't want to do so in bad faith, as there's no explicit license for this project.
