Hey, sorry to hear that. Try deleting the game saves manually. They are located at C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Witch Pantsu\My Hotel In Another World.
I don't have any game saves, I've never played the game before. This would be my first time playing which is why I'm annoyed that I can't get it to work.
