I have the same issue, but all other girls say "You have finished "girl"'s story for 0.27.1
Only Luna says "Morning/Afternoon: I should ask her about the Goblin girl in the forest."
I figured it out, I found the last easter egg, completed the easter bunny and Christmas events then I was able to talk to Luna about the Goblin girl.
Hey bro, where did you find the last Easter egg? I'm 12/13.
