Is it possible to change gender/sex later in the game? I don't wanna play as a man and frankly find it kinda shitty to put starting as a woman behind a paywall when starting as a man is free.
AFAIK, yes, you can, but if I remeber correctly, if you have not paid for the cheat version, requires a strict quest chain.
