Glad to know you liked the touch response! We worked really hard to make the game feel fluid and optimized.
We have a LOT of content in the sketch phase (art, scripts, dialogues, characters), and we're building everything according to our free time.
The game will be updated once we finish those tasks, though there might be small updates between versions (like adding a new location or mission). For now, we're focusing on the house locations, some Blueddit updates, new scenes with characters at home, introducing a few new characters, and working based on the feedback we receive.
Everything about the next update (even the small stuff) will be posted on Patreon. We're always looking for players to test the game before each release.
About the "Back to your room" button, are you referring to the PC version, the Android version, or both?

Returning the USB Drive unlocks the "Finders Keepers" achievement.
But to get the "-110 honor" one, you need to follow the steps I mentioned without giving the USB back beforehand. So yeah, you’ll need to start a new game if you did it.
In this achievement, Jane makes a post about you on Blueddit that completely ruins your reputation. If you give her the USB before that happens, she’ll go easy on you and skip that part. The achievement pops up as soon as you see the post on Blueddit (right after opening it).
