No. Mr TomatOS and Ms LemonS change each other's files so the antivirus thinks it 's looking for your passwords on another app. but it's just changing files from Ms LemonS. So donut worry. lol
edit: the multiple detections are it modifying different parts of the game and allowance of other game to mod it. thought i would say this now

The possible cause can be the fact that Clickteam fusion wraps the game as a package, and not as an actual .exe file. Also, this game creates files on your computer, and generates system messages. This can be the cause too. To remove this false positive, I would need to write a letter to all of the antivirus companies to review it manually.
