Base on my play time in it, no jumpscares just yet, but spoilers to cams when checking out the dorm rooms something weird sometimes happen, nothing crazy so far
What I saw before closing the game was the girls weren't in their beds and afterwards the lights start flickering, eerie sounds play and I can't sleep.
that is all that happens in the current level of the game, i think it's meant to be a sort of easter egg or planned 'lore' stuff, either way that's all it does atm
