bro bedrock isn't .exe its .mcpack, .mcaddon and .mcworld .exe is for java
No but the .exe is a program to generate .mcpack resource pack files to act as a blueprint out of your saved structures. It is not yet the pack or blueprint itself, the .exe only generates the blueprints out of you're builds so you can make blueprints for anything you've built easily. I hope this helps clarify.
