sure, let's see...
- Seeds of Destiny; my personal favorite beacuse pregnancy is the main focus of the story, fantasy rpg
- Love and Sex Second Base; also one of my favorites, not pregnancy focused but you can get basically every single character pregnant eventually forever, and the game is very fun, so it's worth it (but it's very difficult to manage it, so use the wiki a lot)
- Cabin In The Lake; don't let the comicly large boobs scare you, this game is very fun, there are a lot of characters with pregnancy paths, some still in developing but definetly happening
- Hypnosys; long visual novel with a lot of different paths, there are some pregnancy paths for some characteres
- Summertime Saga; a classic, not preg-focused but it has some cool pregnancy content in developing
- Corrupted Kingdoms; it has a mechanic of impregnanting the characters, not a lot of content but definetly worth mentioning
- Research Station M-00; very cool but short game with a lot of minigames
- Holstein Girls; very weird game, not everyone's cup of tea but I loved it, thougth it was worth mentioning
- My Family Farm; there's currently preg content for only one character but I heard there will be more in future updates
- Tamas Awakening: very short visual novel, but very nice pregnant scenes by the end of it
- Metlys Quest: fantasy rpg where the main character keeps getting knocked up by monsters, I didn't actually like this one, not my jam, but a lot of people enjoy it, so maybe it's just not for me
- Shattered Minds: you can knock up every character once you reach their full relationship events, but unfortunatly you can only do the deed with then in the middle of the pregnancy, not the end, thats my major critique of the game
- Prince of Suburbia: I haven't actually played this one yet because I'm waiting for the Knock Me Up Again DLC (actual name) to drop; I heard the game is great, and by the looks of it, the preg content is very cool
- MWNeus: very short game but very cool experience where you can get your wife pregnant
- Vae Victis - Khan: kind of a "strategy" conquering experience on Steam, wherer you can knock up the game's bosses after defeating then, very early in development, I'm currently waiting for the game to be more polished
- Treasure of Nadia: the series is kind of popular and I recently discovered that some of the games in the series have pregnancy content, but I haven't learn to what extent yet
- Sisterly Lust: very cool VN but if you dislike anything incest related this might be o no-go for you, there's some nice pregnancy content by the end of it, so I would definetly recommend checking it out
- Lewd Town Adventures: you see, here it gets tricky, I DO NOT recommend this game, this game is VERY fucked up, but it is finished, and it has a large amount of pregnancy content, so do what you wnat with that information
- S.H.E.L.T.E.R - An Apocalyptic Tale: very cool survival like VN, there is pregnancy content for almost every character, very fun, and the creator is making another game in the same style right now, so be on look out.
- Breeders From Sector 9: actually a GameJam game, but very fun and neat art, the creator is making a full new game right now, so expect some cool stuff from them
- Business of Loving: one of the characters has a pregnancy path and the game is still in developing, so more characters may also have it in the future, but the game is still fun
- Breedtown (1, 2 and 3): it's very self explanatory, you go out breeding girls, very simple, very demure
- Housewife Simulator: now it gets a bit weird because it streches into weight gain in a non pregnancy way, if this is not your cup of tea I get it, but I really like this one
- Dairy Tale: literally the same issue as Housewife Simulator because it's made by the same person
last but not least, anything by Hellbrain5:
- 9 Months With Ellie
- Overnight
- For The Goddess
Hope some of those recomendations can make you entertained. Have fun!
