The way the main character moves in real-world scenes is pretty straightforward and gets the job done.
The "monster" design, which kinda represents the character's inner fears, is actually pretty cool, but there's still some wiggle room to spice things up.
The story's got a nice flow, and the way the plot's set up, you can spot all these little clues and connections sprinkled throughout. Plus, the pacing's on point too.
And the way the protagonist externalizes his fear in the virtual game is also very ingenious.
