Idk if it's bugged or miscoded but i can't fix up the Sincely Mines i have over the amount of gold needed to fix it up but it's not letting me have the option for it. Is there something I missing? Also I think I did find bug my hp goes black after some fights and then when I reload to fix it I only have one 1 HP after the reload when I had much more after the fight is over

Not a bug. It was a bit modified. You need to get into order, meeting Arya at the Main Hall, follow to complete Protecting Skystone, and then, Arya will send you a letter to rebuild Sincely Mines. Check our wiki, man. https://loveandcorruption.miraheze.org/wiki/Main_Page
