Damn, that really sucks! :( I hope the new version goes well at least. I'm not sure how it works but would it be possible for you to recover the files from itch.io since the game is still up here?
I thought it was possible, but in Itchio you upload the compressed game, it's like trying to recover the layers of a drawing from a post, that information is already compressed :(
