OK, I need to report some bugs I've found:
Crash Bugs:
1. Leaving a room and immediately re-entering it can (very rarely) crash the game
Softlock Bugs:
1. If an enemy grabs you as you hit it, the enemy will die and you will disappear entirely
1a. Various fast food items can cause this to happen by dealing damage to enemies while the player is grabbed.
2. The player can get stuck in an infinite loop when trying to use the top left exit of the monster rush room with the pipe in it
Game-breaking bugs:
1. The player can be sent back to the room they were originally in when trying to exit a room upward. This occurs in at least 5 separate locations.
2. The player can "die" when trying to exit rooms upward
2a. When this is combined with bug #1, the player can be sent back to the previous room alive, but with no remaining health. This also breaks the music temporarily.
3. Defeating a boss can teleport the player to the boss gallery area, even if that isn't where they entered from.
Smaller bugs (that might not be bugs)
1. Both players and enemies can attack through walls (if their reach extends through the wall). This does not apply to most projectiles and ranged attacks.
2. Damage to enemies can sometimes be either calculated or displayed incorrectly. This is particularly common with smash attacks, but is rare otherwise.
3. Chaos Knight's grab attacks continue to deal damage, even when there is no opportunity to struggle (during transitional animations).
4. Occasionally, the player can be captured by multiple enemies at once. This does not affect gameplay.
5. shortly after defeating the monster rush where the pipe is, entering the room can cause wingwraps, nui, and drones to appear briefly and then promptly disappear. I do not know whether this is purely visual or it affects gameplay. Given the nature of related bugs I have listed here, it is likely a potential softlock bug.
6. Enemies can sometimes get stuck in walls or tight spaces, which breaks their AI and causes them to stand completely still.
6a. Enemies can also, more rarely, be knocked out of bounds.
7. Players can very rarely get temporarily stuck at the top of a ladder.
8. Players can use spin attacks to charge their weapon on inanimate or invulnerable objects (such as shielded enemies, defeated enemies, and boxes)
9. Players cannot fall through platforms or use ladders while covered in slime.
10. Players are immune to Nui's attacks while hypnotized
General Questions and Concerns:
1. I cannot find the stomach medicine anywhere. I have been to every room in the entire map multiple times, and I have beaten every boss at least twice. I'm beginning to think my save file is broken.
2. I think when you switched the 2 bosses, it switched which one it thought I defeated.
3. There are a great many spelling inconsistencies throughout the game, making it unclear what many things are called. Because of these spellings, many things are referred to by multiple similar names.
4. It would be nice to have a way to get up to the manhole from nearby areas without taking damage.
5. The game could really benefit from having a pause button.
UPDATE:
I could not find the stomach medicine because, besides a particle effect, it was somehow completely invisible.
UPDATE 2: I died exiting a room again and decided to add a few other bugs

Also, the stomach medicine is a little hard to understand, so when the side quest starts, we will add the location where the event progresses to the minimap.
