Do you mean the fruit tree with the oily fruits, or with the pink fruits?
Basically, you need to hit the three stations that are marked on the map (they will turn green when you’ve visited them). After that, simply return to the X, i.e., where you started.
The tree with the pink fruits is a bonus scene and not mandatory.
