I've looked this up an down and i cannot FIND any credits for the artist

The lead artist is a co-developer of the game, so he's listed in the credits as creative director or something like that. (I can't remember exactly how it was worded there.) He's not very active on social media; but on Twitter, he's @ebakubaku.
