If you want a more practical answer, then as cool as this function might seem to you, it would be difficult for Nunu to pull it off. Every increase to Alex's boobs would mean a lot of new images. With each increase a new design would need to be made for her model, and each size means a brand new set of images. Her images are at 224 at the moment and each BE is another 224 images. It even would reach the point of just being an image of boobs on her scenes and nothing else, if she is talking to someone you wouldn't be able to see them. Every scene she has that is supposed to make the player feel a certain emotion would be ruined due to the fact that all you see is boobs and not who they are attached to.
