Just because I don't add the shit you want or just because the map doesn't play nice with YOUR specific mod folder, which could have any number of mod conflicts, does not mean the map isn't finished. There is a broad spectrum of how you would classify a map as "finished" but if you're referring to an open public beta version of a map, you clearly can't read.
