Can i build it out as windows .exe file? Because export out as web it might be alot of trouble to setting it up or only build as Web?
If only for game to be export as web so i have to change the engine
I'm sorry, but no. Jam rules say you *must* make the game playable in the browser. Unity can build to WebGL / .unity3d files, so you are fine. Dunno why you would want to use a 2009 engine version, but again, its up to you 👍
