At last can we know, what a drawing style you search for?
I can draw characters, background and also have experience in by hand animation (/frame animation), but as there no knowing if you need "anime", semi-realism or realism drawing style, can only give a blind offering of my skills. My usual rate is around 10-60$ per illustration depended on how complicated it, but I open for your own offers based on budget.
I don't have much knowledge about medieval times (a little more about baroque), if it's not include some types of outfits that I have moderate knowledge and access.
But I open for information and searching for it.
