I don’t know anyway to reduce render distance. Just stick to lower quality like 2 if you want your phone to run smoothly.

thats for sound effects, mostly used in editing sfx stands for sound effects or special effects, in this case it stand for sound effects, you can adjust the range of the sound affects meaning the higher it is the further away you will be able to hear enemies
