Hi! Thanks for purchasing the model, try reexporting the fbx and turn off the “add leaf bones” option in blender. Let me know if that fixes the problem!
That didnt seem to fix anything :( I did just try just exporting the mesh and then uploading that to mixamo and that seems to work but then I dont think I can use the animations that came with it.
