Haven’t played FTL before assume mechanics are similar, Penguins stop doing their jobs when Icebergs or whales attack the platform, it kind of knocks them off it so you need to keep telling them what to do, make sure to check the stats on the penguins, some have higher stats like fishing which increases catch speed (stats randomly generate at the beginning of the level)
