I've been meaning to make a Transmetropolitan RPG for approximately 15 years, so I'm glad that someone beat me to it, thanks!
However, I do have one question - how do you roll snake eyes on a single D20? Is that paragraph intentionally nonsensical, or is it a relic from an earlier version that used 2D6 instead of 1D20?
