Hi! You need to re-upload Linux and Windows builds, those export a game file and a pck file - to run the game needs both. So you just zip them and upload the zip. Otherwise we can't run your game unfortunately(
As it's just an upload issue, I'm sure that will be allowed by the jam, but you should first raise a "Critical bug fix" ticket in faq-and-support channel in discord. Good luck!
