I really enjoy this game, but after reaching Chapter 2 and the "check objects" part, it still says my work isn’t complete. I’m not sure how to proceed. Could you give me some hints? QAQ

I finished the checking list and the admin already checked it, but it still shows"the job havenot finished" when i wanna leave.

There is indeed a scenario where the administrator NPC fails at pathfinding (this is handled by the engine). My advice is to check everything good except the three bad things: the empty pot, the drip of blood, and the pumpkin pot. Wait until the NPC finishes checking and disappears.
