Not sure if you're still looking for an answer but Spawn Hive Lord triggers at 10 spawns, to do the scene with Abel you need at least 15, which will appear as Spawn Hive Lord[5]
i have that and i selected the infest him option but i still didnt get the achievement bruh what am i doing wrong
