The art is very very pretty! And the idea is creative. It makes me curious. I find it to be unplayable I don't even get close to finish a surgery. But if you fix the hitboxes I bet it's very fun.
I couldn’t properly play the game because of the viewport dimensions — some hitboxes were out of place. However, from what I could see, the game looked really nice!
Sadly, I won’t be able to vote on it properly because of this.

Thank you! The problem is that i haven't resize propely the hitboxes after changing the size of the game (i found out later that itch.io web doesnt support videogames larger than 2048 px and mine was 2560 x 1920, that's unfortunate :/ )
