I think the ability to save would be nice. It doesn't have to be too easy. Perhaps one possibility to save the game once would be fair.
I don't know, the doors are pretty crazy. I still don't fully understand the opening system.

I just did another run. But I need help. I'd like to beat the game slowly. 1. I have the syringe. Where do I use it now? Unfortunately, when I equip and activate it, nothing really happens. 2. Where is the lever in the Doctor's room to reach the second room? I suspect the lever is on the bed in one of the rooms? But where do I apply the lever? 3. Is there a way to destroy the cameras?
1. the syringe is used to kill the doctor, with syringe in hand when the doctor begins chasing you simply click and see what happens ;)
2. yes it is on the bed and in the doctors main room there is a flat brown bump next to his table, place the lever there.
3. not necessarily, those 3 levers you find in the fuse box disable the cameras.
