Is there any chance to get it on Steam as it's restricted due to the age rating system?

Obsession is also on Steam now. It’s marked as an adult game there as well, so you have to enable adult content in your settings to view it, as adult content on Steam is opt-in only. (Although I hear there are some countries where it is banned and Steam won’t show any adult content there.)
