You did not pay 11€ for the game. You paid 11€ to get 1/6th of the hopefully eventually completed game. But don't worry, this game takes a lot of effort, so making it more expensive than Baldurs Gate is totally fair! (But the dev promises to look into bundling it, so in 10 years when all the episodes of this one game are out, we might get a 5% discount for buying all of them together!)
