Try reloading the plugin to reset the parameters, and if that fails, test it in a blank project to make sure it isn't a compatibility issue. What exactly does the error message say?
This just means an asset is missing. Make sure you've dragged all of the folders from the zip file into your project's root folder (default location for Windows is in Documents). It's possible it was deleted when you updated RMMZ.
