how and where get last animation and CG

The newest animation can be found in the Cisterns for now - thats the area below the Old Ruins that you reach after the bossfight!
For the CG if I remember correctly, you have to gather shards in the Old Ruins to open up a portal, defeat enemies and activate a pillar. After that you go to the other rift (kobold village) and turn left to find an NPC!

If you are talking about the bear that must mean you havent found (or interacted with) the pillar in the goat level yet ^^
